ALUXRIA is Luban's exclusive Australian partner. Luban build at scale; ALUXRIA sets the Australian specification, the QA architecture and the approvals pathway. Together, that is the Australian-specification cabin range.
Every model in the range is built to the same Australian specification — the same fittings, the same QA gates, the same documentation package.
Mobile work or play station. A compact, relocatable room for a home office, studio or retreat.

The specification is contractual. It is required on the production line by the ALUXRIA–Luban agreement, not added afterwards.
Built to Australian Class 1a standards — the structural, fire, thermal and durability requirements that standard sets.
Fixtures, fittings and finishes specified and supplied by ALUXRIA to Australian requirements, fitted at the factory.
Class 1a sign-off, structural engineering, electrical CCEW, plumbing NoW and CoC — documentation you can carry into your own market's approval process.
Approval requirements differ by country. The documentation package supports your certification process; it does not replace approval in your own market.
Every unit passes its QA gates at the factory prior to dispatch. Each gate is recorded, so a unit cannot move to the next stage until the previous one has been signed off.
Gates set against the ALUXRIA specification, checked at the point of build rather than at the end.
Each gate carries a record, so the QA position of any unit is known rather than assumed.
A unit leaves the factory once its gates are complete — the last check happens before the container, not after it.
Rooftop solar and tank water let you place cabins where services do not reach. Deep eaves and a covered deck give guests the outdoor living they book for — and an operator a cabin that photographs well.
One specification across the range means unit twelve matches unit one. For an estate or a builder running staged delivery, consistency is the whole argument.
